Laboratory Animal Center

Laboratory Animal Center at Thammasat University (LAC-TU) has established and commenced operation since 2013 to improve standard of animals for scientific purpose for the entire Thammasat. All animal use and care in Thammasat University follow the same standard and whole campus are accredited by AAALAC International since 2017, the most internationally recognized mechanism to maintain high standard of care and use and high quality of research outcome.

Mission

To provide education, research, and advanced scientific training in basic and advanced animal experimentation to people in the University and external organizations.
To provide support for animals involved with research, teaching, and biological product production to both Thammasat University and external party which wish to conduct animal activities.
To provide consultation and advice to ensure personnel comply with all ethical standards Thammasat University were established.
